Growing up in Brooklyn NY I learned a lot. Street smarts were expected. However after HS of Art & Design & FIT, I worked with some of the best people in design. Then there came a point when I felt I had to leave and we (Anthony & I) moved upstate and escaped to a rural setting. We were hermits somewhat. Living without running water and electricity for three years I learned to appreciate my thermostat. We raised two beautiful girls (after the water and power were connected) on five acres in a very small shack. We farmed and developed a nice salad business. After a few years away from architecture and interior design I HAD to return and I took AutoCAD classes at a local community college. Since 1990 I have been working and learning more about architecture, engineering and construction. Well the two little girls are now grown, we tore down the shack and built a beautiful home (we later sold) and now have some property in Tucson. I was laid off recently (national and local economic problems) but now I am back at work. Looking forward to a great tomorrow.
